The Association is the platform for like minded groups of people towards social and philanthropic activities for the weak section of the people.
Vishwakarma Welfare Association is incorporated on 8 th August, 2019 with Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and received the Certificate of Incorporation under section 7 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Association is the platform for likeminded group of people towards social and philanthropic activities for the weaks section of the people. We look forward the voluntary participation of interested people to join us for this noble cause.
The society will be striving hard as a philanthropic Association for the people of our land aiming at achieving the noble objectives of the society to serve the people at large with honesty, sincerity and caring for all where benevolence and kindness matter.
Viswakarma Welfare Association was formed under The Companies Act, 2013 and got the License to operate for social and noble cause towards the weaker section of the people at large.
The Association is also eligible to undertake social activities as prescribed under section 135 of the Companies Act 2013.
In view of the above, Viswakarma Welfare Association is entitled to accept contributions:
The contribution received by the Association shall be applied for the social causes as specified in the object of the Association and surplus, if any generated by the Association, is fully exempted under Income Tax Act 1961.
The contribution received by the Association are applied for the social causes.
